The following documents contain different types of strategies that address different levels of understanding, modalities, and levels of comprehension.

Click on a link below to visit a grade level or subject area. (If the page is not linked, it is currently under construction or revision.

To obtain files from the Teacher’s Zone, navigate to the sub-area and then click on a link to begin your download. If you are not sure what a strategy is, hover over the name of the strategy to get a quick description. You also have three different types of formats to choose from:
  • PDF (Cannot be changed)
  • Word (Can be changed)
  • Pages (Mac Only - Can be changed)

The Social Studies Resource Center makes available to any teacher resources, lessons, templates, and ideas. Any file downloaded from the Resource Center has been created in-house and cross-checked to ensure that all sources of information has been correctly cited to the best of our knowledge.
