Students will use technology applications to explore concepts and make connections to historical and current problems; use open-ended higher order questions for problem-solving, decision-making and/or critical thinking, citing evidence from historical or current issues. Students will use technology to gather and analyze data and draw conclusions regarding social studies concepts and demonstrate their learning through a variety of methods including technology-based end of the nine-week grading period projects, mastery of objectives in interim assessments and TAKS summative assessment.
