Ms. Martinez received her Bachelor in Nutrition from the University of Incarnate Word. She is a member of the Texas Association for School Nutrition and provides expertise in purchasing, nutrition, and management.

Department Function

Plan menus, prepare bids for goods and services, order and maintain food and other supplies to support campus food service operations. Maintain warehouse operations and provide delivery services of food to 92 locations around the district.
