Mr. Gracia obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration with aconcentration in Financial Management from St. Mary's University. He has over 15years of food industry experience including restaurant, catering, manufacturing, and healthcare. Additionally, he is a member of the Texas Association for School Nutrition.
Department Function
To introduce technology and automation that will continuouslyimprove efficiency and support all campus and administrativeoperations. Additionally, provide ongoing training and supportto departmental staff in the use of this technology to ensure proper use and maximize its benefit.
