1. The file will look the same as one without forms, but when you move your mouse curser over blank lines it will change to the text select icon .

2. Once you are over the blank you wish to fill in and the curser has changed to the text select, just click once.

3. You now can type in that space.

4. When done filling out all spaces just click the print icon.
