I've been with SAISD since 1987. My technical work experience prior to joining the District includes systems analysis, programming, and mainframe operations. I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a major in Mathematics, Computer Science, and System Design.

Gwendolyn Bolden
Student System Administrator

I have been an employee of SAISD since September 2003. I worked in the Information Technology Division at Region 20 for 23 years supporting their student and business software for Texas schools. At Region 20, I worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst, Support Services Web Master, Office Manager, Help Desk Specialist, Data Clerk 2, and Data Clerk 1. One of my most enjoyable projects at Region 20 was developing and maintaining the intranet web site for Support Services.

When the position of Data Quality Analyst became available, I was ready to expand my knowledge at the District level and begin a new challenge.

I enjoy spending time with family, working out, and quilting.

I have been an employee of SAISD since October of 1986. I worked for sixteen years at Edison High School; eight years as the counseling secretary and eight years as the data clerk. When the position at PEIMS & Data Services became available, I was ready for a new challenge and to expand my knowledge of the STMRPC student data system. I started my job with P&DS in September of 2003 and look forward to a long and productive stay.

I have been with SAISD in PEIMS and Data Services since 1986. I am blessed to have a wonderful husband of 25 years, two teenage young men, and our faithful watchdog named Gizmo. I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, shopping, eating out, traveling, and volunteering at my church.

Rita A. Gomez

I have been employed with San Antonio ISD since 1972. I worked as a secretary in Guidance and Counseling for fifteen years and have been at Central Records as Manager and Administrative Assistance since then. I continue to be responsible for providing transcripts to all former students from the district. I enjoy spending time with my husband, family and grandsons, as well as reading books.

I have been employed with San Antonio ISD since 1994. My position has been as a Clerk II for Central Records. I assist in providing former students of the district with their transcripts. I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family. I make the most of taking one day at a time.

Sharran Shipley
Clerk

I have been with SAISD since 1983. The first two years I worked at Connell Middle School as a teacher's aide. The following seventeen years I was the data processor at Connell. In December of 2002 I started my new position as Clerk II with Central Records. I am enjoying working with a great group of people, who have really made me feel very welcome.

My husband Jim and I have just celebrated our 39th anniversary. We have two daughters and four grandchildren.
