1. Left click
on the START BUTTON and left click on RUN.

In the OPEN Command Line, clear any other entry
and type CMD.

Left click on OK.

4.
At the "C:\>" prompt type IPCONFIG.
5.
Check the IP Address line. If the address starts with 169
or is all zeros, type IPCONFIG /RELEASE.
6.
Then type IPCONFIG /RENEW. If the address
stays with a 169 or all zeros you may have a inactive drop.
Call the Help Desk at 281-9090 for assistance.
7.
When you have completed steps 1-6 above type "exit"
at the prompt and you will return to Windows.
