The Office of Operations and System Integration commits to supporting all SAISD staff and students in their day-to-day efforts in the use of technology products. The staff strives to provide excellent customer service by exhibiting courtesy, concern, and knowledge of departmental procedures and following-up until all requests are satisfied. We also provide Internet and intranet support; we:

  • Install, configure and maintain SAISD Internet software and hardware.
  • Design, manage, and maintain the SAISD Web Page and Intranet.
  • Assist and advise SAISD schools regarding the construction and maintenance of their homepage.

Additionally, we install and maintain district-wide e-mail systems; we:

  • Maintain and upgrade the Microsoft Exchange e-mail system for SAISD.
  • Maintain and upgrade the student e-mail (I-Mail) system.

Helpdesk - Here you will find answers to some common problems as well as links to commonly used software, Microsoft tutorials, and basic trouble shooting pages.

Imail - Information on accessing your "Email" IMAIL account and the form needed to register for one.

Outlook - Information on setting up your "Email" Outlook account and the form needed to register for one.

Web Resources - Information on setting up your campus' web site, including forms needed and some SAISD graphics for your use.
