Acquiring SAISD E-rate Bids

San Antonio Independent School District (SAISD) utilizes the Texas E-Purchasing Bid Notification System to post quotes, bids, proposals, addendums and award information. Created in conjunction with a BidNet®, this system was developed to allow any purchasing agency within the State of Texas to post their bid opportunities.

To obtain an SAISD E-rate bid, join this on-line system. This system provides vendors with an electronic, web-based point of contact and broader access to new business opportunities throughout our region.

If your organization is not a member of the Texas E-Purchasing Bid Notification System you should review the registration options at the following URL: www.saisd.net/ADMIN/purchasing/index.shtm . Once there, refer to “Bid Links”, “Bidder Registration” and “Bid Opportunities.”

Vendors who opt not to participate in the Texas E-Purchasing Group program will be assessed a $50 annual processing fee by the San Antonio Independent School District. A cashier’s check or money order must be payable to the SAISD, as payee or obligee. If you are already registered on this system, you do NOT have to register again, separately, for the SAISD.
