WARRANTY COVERAGE MacTLC, in San Antonio, is now the Apple Warranty Service Provider for warranty repairs for SAISD. o Requests for warranty support are submitted through the SAISD Help Desk at 281-9090. o The Help Desk will determine if the issue is software or hardware related, and verify warranty coverage. If the Help Desk can not make this determination, a work order will be entered for an SAISD Network technician to examine your machine. o Software issues, in most cases, will be handled over the phone. o Hardware issues will be identified and the Help Desk will coordinate the dispatch of a work request to MacTLC. o MacTLC will contact the SAISD Campus for an on-site evaluation appointment.
