Teaching Positions
After submitting the on-line application please send/ or hand carry to Human Resources: your resume, a letter of interest, Official transcripts, and copies of the latest 3 performance appraisals (evaluations). Upon receipt of these documents your application will be reviewed and considered for a Human Resources screening interview. Please note: Not all applicants
may be interviewed. Teacher shortage areas are special education,
bilingual education, computer literacy, reading, math, and science. It is the district's practice to fill administrative, supervisory, and counseling positions by selecting the best qualified applicants. To be eligible for a promotional position an individual must meet the requirements of the job announcement. Click on the job descriptions for details on each position available. NOTES
Substitute PositionsAll persons
interested in substituting for the district, must complete an electronic

Clerical and Paraprofessional PositionsParaprofessional/Clerical Positions Applications for paraprofessional/clerical positions are accepted year round. After submitting the on-line application, please send or hand carry to Human Resources: a letter of interest, resume, proof of high school diploma/GED, or official transcripts, if applicable. Positions requiring typing tests may be obtained at any Texas Workforce location. Applicants seeking instructional assistant positions must meet NCLB requirements.
Custodial, Maintenance and Food Service PositionsApplications
for custodial, maintenance and food service positions are accepted year
round. Requirement for these positions vary according to the position.

Transportation PositionsApplications
for transportation positions are taken year round. School bus driver
assistants are required to have a current Texas driver's license. Requirements
are a high school diploma or GED, stable work history, work references
and a criminal history check. The position is subject to Department
