Title III, Part A LEP/Immigrant Students PURPOSE:  This program is designed to assist with helping eligible limited English proficient and immigrant students attain English proficiency and meet the same State standards required of all students.  The funds support a wide array of instructional and support services for non-English speaking students and their families.
