The SAN ANTONIO ISD GED TESTING CENTER now offers the GED® test on computer, a brand new way to take today’s test and earn your GED® credential. The GED® test on computer offers test-takers a better testing experience, featuring:

  • Fast score results
  • 24/7 registration and scheduling online
  • Finish one section, move on to the next at your own pace

    The GED® test on computer is a convenient new way to test. Register today and find out where you can take the GED® test on computer in TEXAS. Remember: The GED® test must be taken in person, at an official GED® testing center.

 With the GED® test on computer, success is just clicks away™.
Pay on-line $135.00 for all four tests
or you can schedule one at a time @$33.75 each.

  • Four (4) parts:
    • Science (95 minutes)
    • Social Studies (95 minutes)
    • Reasoning Through Language Arts
      (155 minutes including a 10-minute break)
    • Mathematical Reasoning (120 minutes)
    • "Back-to-back" testing
      10 minute breaks scheduled in between tests
  • Offered in English and Spanish

The GED® test will have a passing score of 150 on each test part. Therefore, you will need to reach a score of at least 150 on each part and a total score of 600 across the four-part battery in order to receive your GED® test credential. You may also earn an “Honors” score if you receive a score of 170 on a test. 

  • Below Passing: 100 – 149
  • Passing Score: 150 – 169
  • Honors Passing Score: 170 – 200
