What is a NOGA?

Answer: A NOGA is a Notice Of Grant Award. This is sent after the grant has been approved by the funding agency.



What is an IHE?

Answer: Many grants will refer to Institutions of Higher Education as IHE. 



What is an RFP?

Answer: An RFP stands for Request for Proposals. Grant agencies will send out an RFP to publicize the grant that they are funding. It can also be referred to as RFA ( Request for Applications).

What is a GPS?

Answer: GPS stands for Grant Proposal Summary form. This is the first step in the grant writing process.
