You have finally received the NOGA (Notice of Grant Award). Congratulations! Now, what do you do? In this section you will find the documents you need to help you manage the grant you have been awarded.

The Time and Effort report is important in keeping track of the time grant personnel spend on performing the duties of the grant. It is important that this form is filled out on a daily or weekly basis because it is auditable by the agency awarding the grant.

The Semi Annual Certification  form is the Activity Report for Employees Working on a Single Cost Objective. This form is required to report to the granting agency. that the percentage of time personnel works on the grant objectives.

 The Grant Review Instrument form is what the grant auditor will use to audit the grant. This form is helpful to use as a guide throughout the implementation of the grant. You will find it useful in keeping the grant in compliance with the requirements of the granting agency.
