After you have finished completing this form, have your principal or supervisor sign it and submit to our department. Then, we will begin working with you on the development of your grant project.
The Grant Contact Information form is to be submitted to Grants Department by the principal. If you are interested in becoming a contact for your campus, please have your principal fill out this form and send it to us. We will add you to our contact list and you will be notified of grant opportunities that are available.
