SAISD TEACHER VOICE MAIL SYSTEM

Setting up your Voice Mail:

Please think about what your greeting will be before you set up your voicemail. We recommend something like: " Thank you for calling (your name) at (your campus). Please leave a message and a call back number and I will respond as soon as I am able"

  1. Dial (210) 244-0800 from any phone.
  2. Press the * button when the recording is playing.
  3. When asked for your I.D., enter the extension that has been assigned to you, followed by #.
  4. When asked for your PIN, enter your Employee I.D without the leading zeros, followed by #.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the voice mail setup.

Please note that it is very important to complete the voice mail set up. You will be able to record personalized greetings and messages, record your name as you wish it to be heard instead of the system's attempt at pronunciation.
