Welcome to the Office for Professional Learning!

Our Goal: Nurture a culture of learning throughout SAISD that is so pervasive that every adult in the district is always observing, analyzing and researching better ways to teach, to identify and solve problems, to organize the learning environment, and to find opportunities that support SAISD’s drive to become a Recognized school district.

We honor the professional learning standards of Learning Forward (formerly NSDC) and utilize current research regarding how the brain learns
to develop professional learning experiences that
model what we want to see in our classrooms.
