Transcript Requests

 

Direct requests for official high school transcripts to:

The release of student educational records of a student 18 years of age or older cannot be released to the parent/guardian.

Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

All requests will be processed in 3 business days.

A $2.00 fee is charged and can be paid by cash or money order (to: SAISD) only; no credit card or personal checks accepted.

Upon presenting proper ID, the following information is required:

  1. Maiden name
  2. Date of birth
  3. Social Security number
  4. School of graduation/last attendance
  5. Year of graduation/last attendance
  6. Reason for inquiry
  7. Requestor's address and telephone number.
