Mikel F. Brightman
Director of PEIMS and Data Services In April 2007, I joined the SAISD as the Director of PEIMS and Data Services. I came to SAISD from Harcourt Assessment, Inc., where I was Vice President of Custom Assessment programs for several years. My teams and I managed statewide custom testing contracts for ten states. My public school and university experience includes serving in the Edgewood ISD, Houston ISD, Baylor College of Medicine, and the University of Houston. I have a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Education, both from the University of Texas at Austin. I am a certified teacher, mid-manager, and program management professional. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my wonderful granddaughters, playing golf and reading. Gwendolyn Bolden
Student System Administrator I have been an employee of SAISD since September 2003. I worked in the Information Technology Division at Region 20 for 23 years supporting their student and business software for Texas schools. I enjoy spending time with family, working out, and quilting. Gina Nerio-Hernandez
Data Quality Analyst I have been with SAISD since August 2002. I worked in the Finance Department as a Budget Analyst. In February 2007, I started my new position as Data Quality Analyst at PEIMS & Data Services. I enjoy spending time with my “Amor”, my three children and the new addition to the family “Princess Maya”. My hobbies are event coordinating and photography. Maria Gonzalez
Department Secretary I have been with SAISD since 2001. I worked in Migrant Department as NGS Specialist. In November 2007, I started my new position as Department Secreatary at PEIMS & Data Services. I enjoy my new position. I enjoy spending time with my family. My hobbies are traveling, baking and shopping.

PEIMS Specialist II I have been with SAISD since 1981, 3 years part time and 22 years full time. I have worked very hard to get to this level of work. I enjoy my new position. I am very blessed to be working with great people. I have a wonderful husband and three handsome sons. I enjoy traveling, going to the movies, gardening, spending time with my family and my dog Chiquita.

PEIMS Specialist II During my 23 years with SAISD, I have performed almost every paraprofessional job imaginable from P.E. assistant to Data Clerk. I joined the PIEMS/Data Services team in January 2008 with the hope of bringing my past experiences to the department in a helpful and positive manner. My interests include spending time with my partner and family, crafting, sewing, and anything outdoors. Rita A. Gomez
Administrative Assistant I have been employed with San Antonio ISD since 1972. I worked as a secretary in Guidance and Counseling for fifteen years and have been at Central Records as Manager and Administrative Assistance since then. I continue to be responsible for providing transcripts to all former students from the district. I enjoy spending time with my husband, family and grandsons, as well as reading books. Rachel Regalado
Department Clerk I have been employed with San Antonio ISD since 1994. My position has been as a Clerk II for Central Records. I assist in providing former students of the district with their transcripts. I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family. I make the most of taking one day at a time. Susie Aceves
Department Clerk I have been with SAISD since 2003. I worked at Riverside Park Academy as a SEMS/SERS Clerk. In December 2006, I started my new position as Department Clerk at PEIMS & Data Services. I enjoy my new position. I enjoy spending time with my husband and my three children. My hobbies are traveling, cooking, shopping and gardening. |
