Our goal is to provide you with accurate and timely information regarding PEIMS, the iTCCS student information system, and records requests.  Please check back frequently as we are still in the process of posting training materials, useful links, news, and other items.  We welcome your feedback for improvements and additions to this site.

 Mission Statement 

The mission of the Office of PEIMS and Data Services is to assist campuses and special programs using the iTCCS student system to submit high-quality PEIMS data to the Texas Education Agency.  Our mission also includes providing student record archiving services to campuses and transcripts to former students.  Our core values include customer service, accuracy, urgency, and courtesy.  The Office of PEIMS and Data Services also performs the following activities in support of our mission:                                                                                                       

  • Providing District-wide training and documentation;
  • Supporting District administrative staff in their use of student software applications; and
  • Developing online professional development modules for use by district staff.
