The goal of the Office of PEIMS, Data and Systems Design is to oversee the effective productivity offered by the offices of Data Warehouse, PEIMS & Data Services, and Technology Business Services. Some of the information and services provided by these offices are:
Easy access to information needed for instructional and management decision-making
Data analysis and/or reports of data that pertain to a campus or organization
Assist campuses and special programs in using iTCCS to submit high-quality PEIMS data to the Texas Education Agency
Student record archiving services to campuses and transcripts to former students
Supporting all business office staff in their day-to-day efforts in the use of iTCCS business information system modules, reports, and data downloads
Excellent customer service by exhibiting courtesy, concern, and knowledge of departmental procedures and following-up until all requests are satisfied
Providing District-wide training and documentation
Supporting District administrative staff in their use of student software applications
Developing online professional development modules for use by district staff
