Committee Meeting Materials

In late 2007, SAISD formed a community-based committee to study the problems associated with decreasing enrollment and aging and under-enrolled schools, and to help us find a solution.  Their goal was to create a strategic plan to guide SAISD through the next 10-15 years, while also allowing flexibility for unforeseen changes such as population and demographics.  The planning process went through four phases:

•    Phase One – Findings & Directions phase
•    Phase Two – Gap Analysis phase
•    Phase Three – Planning phase
•    Phase Four – Action timeline, prioritization phase
