Home Support Liaison

The primary role of the Home Support Liaison is to help engage parents, families and the community at each campus and to assist in the attainment of district goals by collaborating with school and district staff in developing and implementing a parent and community involvement program. 
 
We all know that parents, families and the community play a major role as they help SAISD reach our mission of transforming SAISD into a national model urban school district where every child graduates and is educated so that he or she is prepared to be a contributing member of the community. 

At SAISD, we feel it's our job to help show our parents how to best fill that role from an educational standpoint. We teach parents how to get involved, prepare for their child's college education, support their school and gain access to the information all parents need to help them start each school day successfully.

Below you will find the schedule for all Home Support Liaison meetings for the 2012-2013 school year. All meetings will happen at the Gonzales Center at 518 E. Magnolia between 9 a.m. and noon.
