Level 5 Customer Service Recognition
During the 2011-12 school year, the SAISD Community and Parent Partners (CAPP) department provided campus principals with a way to recognize their campus staff for providing excellent customer service.

Customer service pins were provided to each principal.  When they noticed employees demonstrate excellent customer service, they could award them a customer service pin.  First, an employee receives a bronze pin.  When three bronze pins are earned, they can be exchanged for a silver pin.  When two silver pins are earned they can be exchanged for a gold pin and a small gift provided by the district.

Kudos to our SAISD colleagues who have received gold Customer Service pins during the  2011-12 school year.  These colleagues have consistently delivered Level 5 customer service and exemplified SAISD Core Values.

Congratulations and  thank you to our colleagues who serve as role models for all of us in SAISD.

Campus and Department Recognition

In order to ensure that Our Pledge to Patrons is consistently adhered to, SAISD uses Secret Shoppers to monitor Customer Service quality. Schools and departments are monitored for excellent telephone etiquette and for providing warm, welcoming environments for our patrons.

Schools and departments that consistently provide outstanding Customer Service are recognized with the Level 5 Customer Service Award.
