Help Desk - Network Connection Issues

It appears that I cannot access the internet in my room.

1. Check to see that the network cable is attached to the computer as well as the network drop box on the wall.

2. If you have several computers that use a hub to connect to one drop, make sure the hub is plugged into to the electrical outlet. You may need to unplug and then plug-in the hub to reset it.

3. Test your computer again and see if you can connect to the internet.
