Fraud Hotline Form

Fraud Concerns/Issues can be reported by completing the Fraud Hotline Form. The
Internal Audit Department will conduct or arrange for an appropriate review or investigation.
You may remain anonymous by not disclosing your name or you can ask that your identity be
kept confidential. If you remain anonymous please provide as much information as possible
to perform an investigation (i.e. name of person(s) involved, date(s), time(s), etc.) 

All information submitted, using the Fraud Hotline Form, can not be traced.

What it is

The Fraud Hotline/Form provides school district employees and citizens with a way to report
suspected fraudulent activity by district employees, vendors, contractors, etc. Allegations reported
over the Fraud Hotline/Form are evaluated and investigated.

How it works

District employees or citizens can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by contacting the Fraud
 at 210-212-6548. You can leave a message on our answering machine and remain
anonymous or you can speak with a live operator by calling 554-2550, Ext 1, Monday through
Friday (except holidays) between 8:00am and 4:30pm. You can also click on the Fraud Hotline
and submit your fraud issue/concern on our online form or can also be reached by mail at:

Informants' Rights

Informants can remain anonymous. The District's "Whistle-Blower" Policy (DG-Legal) protects
informants who report alleged wrongdoing or acts of fraud from retaliation by District Administrators
or Employees.
