Dear San Antonio ISD Parents, Families, and Students,
San Antonio ISD is committed to facilitating transition planning and the delivery of transition services for our students.
As stated in the Executive Summary of the Texas Employment First Policy and Texas Employment First Task Force Report of Fall 2014, “Integrated, competitive employment should be the first option considered for individuals with disabilities and should be the expected outcome of education and publicly-funded services for working-age youth and adults.”
Please explore the links to resources found on this webpage.
Feel free to contact your student’s Special Education case manager or your high school feeder’s Transition Specialist for further information.
