What: SAISD and The Culinary Institute of America, San Antonio announce partnership to train today’s
culinary arts teachers, as well as tomorrow’s top chefs and restaurateurs
When: May 16 (Tuesday) – 10-11 a.m.

SAISD high school culinary arts students
Details will be provided on SAISD’s partnership with the world’s premier culinary college, which includes a teacher fellowship training program, and plans for a college transfer-credit culinary program, to be piloted at a District high school.
Following remarks, Chef Patrick Clark will conduct a cooking demonstration in front of 30 students and their culinary arts instructors from Brackenridge, Lanier and Sam Houston high schools.
The program will conclude with a tour of the CIA San Antonio campus.
