Ceremonies to honor veterans
● 9 a.m. at Connell Middle School, 400 Hot Wells Blvd. at South New Braunfels Avenue. Community members and SAISD employees who are veterans will be recognized during a flag-raising ceremony.

● 10 a.m. at Lanier High School, 1514 W. César Chávez Blvd. Following a ceremony at the school’s war  monument to former students who gave their lives in service to our country, a reception for guests will be held in front of the auditorium.
