‘Conversations’ with Ken Burns 9 a.m. at Brackenridge High School, 400 Eagleland at S. St. Mary’s Street
The Emmy award-winning director and documentary film producer will talk about his latest project “The National Parks: America’s Best Idea” which includes San Antonio’s Missions Trail. Burns also will discuss the art of filmmaking with students enrolled in the Media Productions Magnet Program that the King William-neighborhood school hosts. His visit will be taped for an episode of the program “Conversations” to be shown on KLRN-TV this fall in conjunction with the airing of the documentary.
