The ROTC leadership program is designed to provide opportunities for the student's total development. The program consists of four levels that focus on leadership, education, and training.

The ROTC leadership program is designed to provide opportunities for the student's total development. The program consists of four levels that focus on leadership, education, and training. Satisfactory completion of Levels Three and Four allow a cadet to enter the military service in pay grade E3 with the recommendation of the senior Army instructor.
