This nine weeks in my class...

Students will:
- Coordinate movements with teammates to achieve team goals.(volleyball drills, games, and tournaments)
- Follow rules and procedures using equipment safely and properly.
- Work cooperatively in a group to achieve group goals in competitive as well as cooperative settings.
- Warm-up with stretching exercises and participate in circuit training activities. Course includes: (1) steps, running/wall taps,(2) agility ladder, (3) weight training, (4) line sprints, (5) push-ups, (6) crunches, (7) volleyball drills, and (8) soccer drills
- Participate in activities from moderate to vigorous levels of health and wellness. These activities will be monitored by heart rate monitors, pulse bars and pedometers (Digi-Walkers) and Pacer Run.
- Participate in the Fitnessgram activities for baseline scores.


This Nine Weeks' Homework:

Students will complete any class assignment that was not completed during class time for homework.
