This nine weeks in my class...

Students will
- Follow rules, practice safely, select and use proper attire that promotes participation.
- Coordinate movements with teammates to achieve team goals. ie. volleyball drills and games.
- Work cooperatively in a group to achieve group goals in competitive as well as cooperative settings.
- Participate in moderate to vigorous physical activity on a regular basis.
- Participate in the Fitnessgram activities for baseline scores.
- Students will warm up with stretching exercises and participate in a Circuit training activity: Steps/running wall taps/agility ladders/weight training/Pilate's/sit-ups/crunches/line sprints/ push-ups.
- Work on their Physical Fitness Components and Conditioning


This Nine Weeks' Homework:

Students will complete any class assignment that was not completed during class time for homework.
