This nine weeks we are working increasing the speed of reading silently and also orally. We will also be finding the meaning of words, using the Word Wall, Word lists, and using those lists in paragraphs. Writing to inform, explain, describe, report, and narrate. Practice using graphic organizers, and learning to distinguish fact and opinion. We are also continuing to practice our writing on a daily basis. From that we will practice self-editing.
