David Crockett Elementary, est. in 1894, is located off Zarzamora St. in the heart of the Westside.  Crockett currently services approximately 950 students, Pre-Kindergarten through Fifth Grade, and is serviced by about 90 staff members.  The Faculty and staff at Crockett is dedicated to the success of every child.  Every day we work to provide the best educational opportunities for our students.  Through teamwork between our parents and the school, we hope to provide a well - rounded education to our students during their time here at Crockett.  We know that working closely with our parents will directly lead to student success.

Please take this opportunity to browse our website.  Parents who are searching for school-wide information will be able to get any questions answered through this site.  Again, thank you for visiting our site.  We hope it will be informative and helpful to you.

We hope that your experiences at Crockett will be rewarding and filled with happy, lasting memories.

Respectfully,

Mrs. Bertha Rubio,
