Fox Tech Health and Law Admission Criteria

Our Pledge to Our Students:

  • To graduate all of our students and prepare them for success in higher education
  • To create a campus wide culture that is based on positive relationships
  • To provide rigorous instruction trough innovate teaching practices
  • To provide college preparatory curriculum that includes real world experiences
  • To create a college preparatory environment with a focus on Pre-Med and Pre-Law curriculum.

Our Student’s will Pledge to:

  • I am committed to seeking higher education at a four year university or college
  • I will be enthusiastic about engaging in service learning to improve social issues
  • I will participates in educational opportunities offered beyond the regular scholastic year
  • I will rises to academic challenges
  • I will demonstrates perseverance with difficult tasks
  • I will accepts responsibilities for my actions and decisions
  • I will give back to my community, with at least 25 hours of community service per year.

 

Our Student’s Minimum Acceptance Standards are:

  • Must have a 75% average or better in core courses in 6th, 7th and 8th grade 
  • Must have met State requirement for advancement to the next grade level
  • Must have good attendance and good citizenship
  • Must have the desire and commitment to attend a four year college or university

 Our Student’s must submit the following Documentation:

  • A Complete application
  • 2 Recommendation Letters (must be submitted with the application) 
  • Copy of TAKS scores (6th grade)
  • Copy of STAAR scores (7th grade)
  • Copy of student grade report (6th, 7th and 8th grade)
  • Copy of attendance history (6th, 7th and 8th grade)

Our Parent’s will Pledge to:

  • Ensuring that your student seeks higher education at a four year university or college
  • Be Supportive of your child’s academic efforts, leadership activities, and health and wellness
  • A commitment to parent involvement and required meetings
