        Welcome to the home of the Mighty Griffins, the legendary creature of Greek mythology. At Graebner Elementary our primary goal is to create an educational environment that teaches students to be personally responsible for their academic and behavioral successes in a school that emphasizes safety and security.  This is accomplished by teachers, staff, and parents working together as a team to instill self-worth, self respect, and confidence in our students with the belief that hard work and good habits at home will produce a successful child.

       Teachers collaborate frequently to create, review, and implement strategies that move all students to read at grade level or above. We believe that excellent readers will be successful in all other academic areas which in the long term will lead to high school graduates that are ready for higher learning and to be contributing members of our community.
