Red Ribbon Week 2016
Highland Hills staff and students pledge to be drug free and showed their support by dressing up in a variety of themed dress up days. These students are too smart for drugs!
Bike Rodeo 2016
The Highland Hills students grades Kindergarten to 5th grade participated in the annual Bike Rodeo. Students were tested on their biking skills. All students were awarded a participation certificate. Trophies were awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each grade level. Top winners will represent Highland Hills Elementary in the City Wide Bike Rodeo.
Rampage Hockey Game Attendance Incentive 2016
Highland Hills students who had perfect attendance from September 26th – October 31st with no tardies and leaving early attended were rewarded with a field trip to the Rampage Hockey game. Students were treated to lunch and a hockey game.
Jefferson State Bank 2016
Jefferson State Bank employees, hand out Open House flyers and doughnuts to students and parents. Thank you Jefferson State Bank!!!
Professional Development Day 2016
HHE Staff participate in an Ice Breaker and enjoy the Go Noodle app at the August Professional Development.
Election Day 2016
Students at Highland Hills Elementary learned about the election process. Student participated in a Mock Election on November 7, 2016.
