Home Our Students Clubs and Organizations National Honor Society National Honor Society   Sponsor:  Ms. De Leon   Yes You Can!   *How to Qualify for National Honor Society* Junior Classman GPA of 90% + 95 % Attendance Good Attitude Good Behavior Punctuality Teacher Recommendation National Honor Society Board Review   Students recommended for the National Honor Society are selected directly from the GPA list provided by SAISD.  Attendance is checked for 95% or better.  Students names with these qualifications will be sent for evaluation by teachers at SHHS.  Teachers are asked to rate students (1-5) on academics, attendance, attitude, behavior, and punctuality as well as provide comments.  Once the deadline for returning the forms has passed, the faculty board reviews the forms.  Two ratings of 3 or lower can disqualify a student from being invited to join the National Honor Society.   WILL YOU BE IN THE ELITE GROUP?
