Student Council
The Student Council represents the student body at Sidney Lanier High School and serves as a liaison between the students and the administration. Their purpose is to encourage, motivate and promote good morale to the student body. The student council consists of the President, Vice-President, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, Treasurer, Historian, Sergeant at Arms and the Classroom Representatives. Student Council meets at least once a month and all meetings are conducted under Robert's Rules of Order.
