The following online resources are available at home and school through purchased subscriptions. For home access, see or e-mail the librarian for passwords or pick up a flyer in the library.

EBSCO – EBSCO contains 35 databases for research and information purposes in a variety of formats such as magazines and newspapers. An academic database and one encyclopedia are available in Spanish. Images can be searched in Searchasaurus. http://search.ebscohost.com
Encyclopedia Britannica – Encyclopedia Britannica offers encyclopedic information as well as Learning Materials including the TEKS, study guides, manipulative and research study skills. The PK-2 online Learning Zone has interactive alphabet, numbers, colors and reading readiness games. A Spanish language encyclopedia is available for both elementary and secondary students which include science videos, images, timelines and more. Teaching Books – Teaching Books offers author and illustrator interviews and content for the classroom with curriculum ties and TEKS standards alignment. http://www.teachingbooks.net
World Book Online – World Book Online supports all curriculum content but has a focus on Texas History with a rich content of data, biographies, maps, timelines and a limited Spanish encyclopedia. http://www.worldbookonline.com
Facts on File – Facts on File have three data bases: World Geography and Culture; Science Online and Ferguson’s Career Center.
