The severe weather in San Antonio has impacted SAISD families in many ways.

    Contact your FACE Specialist to register.


    SA Food Bank

    SAFB Food Pantries & SNAP Support
    Call (210) 431-8326 to speak with someone about all the ways to get help in your area. Operating hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

    Food distribution takes place Monday - Friday at 1 p.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m. Participants must register at Camargo Park (5738 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, TX 78227) before visiting the SA Food Bank.

    Community Pipe Repair, or CPR for short, is here to assist those who may not be able to afford a plumber to make repairs.


    Bexar County Plumbing Assistance

    The Bexar County Plumbing Assistance Program is a reimbursement program for eligible homeowners in unincorporated Bexar County or one of the 26 suburban cities. Visit this site to determine your eligibility.


    FEMA Assistance

    FEMA is assisting individuals and business owners who sustained losses in the designated area can begin applying for assistance by registering online at or by calling 1-800-621-3362 or 1-800-462-7585 TTY.

    Department of Human Services

    Utility, Housing Assistance
    This program provides housing (rent or mortgage), utility, and internet assistance to qualifying individuals or families. In addition, qualifying individuals or families will receive $150-$300 (based on household size) for food and other necessities through the Family Independence Initiative.
