Two Months, Two Extraordinary Educators! ✨

We honor Ms. Lim and Ms. Aycock as our January and February Teachers of the Month!

While the world sees them as educators, their students see them as anchors. In their classrooms, these two are doing so much more than just grading papers—they are doing the heavy lifting. From sparking a genuine curiosity for learning to building the self-confidence our students need to succeed, they consistently go the extra mile to ensure no one is left behind.

Ms. Lim and Ms. Aycock make the difficult work of growth look like a joy, and we are so proud to have them on our team. 🍎

💜 Harris Middle School is Purpling Out! 💜

Tomorrow, March 5th, we are celebrating International Women’s Day at Harris Middle School! While the official global celebration is Sunday, March 8th, we aren't waiting to show our support for the incredible women and girls in our community.

This year’s theme is "Give to Gain," focusing on how mentorship, advocacy, and community action fuel advancement for women everywhere. When we support and celebrate women, we all benefit. 🚀

👕 What to Do:

  • Wear Purple: Join us in a "Purple Out" to symbolize justice, dignity, and equality for women across the globe.

  • Challenge Yourself: Take a moment to recognize the achievements of women in science, sports, education, and leadership.

See you in your purple tomorrow, Hawks! 🦅💜
