Families today our attedance was 91%. Please come to school everyday! We need to increase attendance to 96% to meet our goal! A reminder, Tomorrow wear your favorite sport team jersery, shirt or hat. We had some students use the Book Vending Machine for the first time yesterday. We will have a drawing to use the book vending machine to whoever comes to school for the rest of the week! Students will be taking an Insight survey these next 2 weeks to help assess on the following topics: self awareness, relationship skills, self-management, social awareness, responsible decision-making, sense of belonging, school safety, and instructional support. The survey is a short, age-appropriate questionnaire that helps our district better understand students’ experiences, well-being, and sense of belonging at school. Our attendance this week was 95%! Thank you for getting your child to school on time every day! It makes a difference in their learning. Instruction begins at 7:45a.m. ensure the get here time!
We are still in the recycling competition! #17, Keep brining in that recycled cardboard. In the lead are Ms.Carrillo in 1st grade and 2nd place Ms.Osio!

All the students recieved a tasty treat to celebrate how sweet it was to have 97% attendance today!!!! Each grade level has joined in the fun to have students come to school. We are going to have a "Who did it the Best" video contest. Stay tuned. We will be releasing one video each week about attendance. We want families to join in the fun and be the judges. The video with the most likes on Facebook will be the winners! Come to school tomorrow and lets keep it going!!
