We're excited to celebrate Muertitos Fest tomorrow, October 23rd, 4:00-7:00.
To ensure a smooth dismissal, please note the following changes:
**Dismissal Location**: Lower and Upper Elementary students will be picked up at the front of the school.
**Identification**: Please have your car tag or photo ID ready for pickup, this is required.
We kindly ask that you arrive by 3:00 PM to collect your child/children, as our staff will be busy preparing for the festivities. Please note, YMCA will continue programming as usual and pick up will be in the gym.
Students singing or dancing needed a signed permission slip. We are no longer accepting permission slips. Students singing have a specific reporting time of 3:30 in the cafeteria. There is no childcare from 3:00-3:30 p.m. for those students. Please make arrangements to have a coverage plan for your child. If students are singing they need to report to the cafeteria at 3:30 and check in with Ms. Laura, Music Guide. If students are in after school care, and are performing in either music or dance procession they will need to report back to gym and be signed back to programming until a caretaker signs them out, please have this conversation with your student.
