The YWLA Transportation You Club received an exclusive behind the scenes tour at the San Antonio International Airport today. Our Cardinals attended an all-star Women in Aviation Panel discussion, viewed airport and flight operations first-hand, visited the runway and taxi ramps, and as a special treat, got up close and personal with a United Arlines Boeing 737-800 aircraft. Students viewed the new Terminal 3 construction project underway on site, and met with the women engineers and project managers leading the development of the project set to open to the public in 2028. Coronation Dance - February 21st 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: Open to middle and high school YWLA students. Tickets are $3 and include refreshments. Tickets can be purchased at lunches using cash, card or Cash App. Tickets may also be purchased at the door on the day of the event!
