The Office of Organizational Learning strives to impact educator practice through a systematic and continuous approach to professional learning that directly and indirectly affects student outcomes. High quality professional learning develops new knowledge, skills, and practices that best meet the learning needs of our students.

The Office of Organizational Learning serves all who contribute to the learning community including students, parents, teachers, school leaders, district leaders, professional and paraprofessional support staff, and classified employees such as custodians, food service staff, and bus drivers. Every member of the SAISD learning community may shift between being a teacher, leader, coach and collaborator as we learn and grow together.
