WHAT: San Antonio Police Department Chief William McManus will don a festive sash and bring the Fiesta spirit to children at SAISD’s Graebner Elementary. He’ll lead the way with Head Start/Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st through 5th grade students in tow. Chief William McManus was selected as grand marshal after being personally invited by a parent volunteer, who is also the grandmother of three Graebner Elementary students. The Fiesta parade will be a hat and float marching parade, featuring students walking in the parade while showcasing decorated colorful Fiesta-inspired hats and small floats.

The parade exit will be through the gym, then participants will proceed up the driveway and return to the gym.
