Previous Frontline access links are changing effective Jan. 4
San Antonio ISD is in the process of making access to its Frontline Education solutions more user friendly for staff members. To simplify how to get to any Frontline product, employees will be able to access all programs from one Frontline Landing Page, which they can bookmark. The website will be live the week of Jan. 4 when employees return from winter break.
In January, employees may access the following Frontline programs within the employee portal here on the new Frontline Landing Page: www.saisd.net/frontline
• Frontline Enterprise Resource Program (ERP)/Student Information System (SIS), used for student attendance and grading
• Frontline Absence Management (previously known as AESOP), used for teacher attendance and substitute fulfillment
• Frontline Central, used by new employees to complete onboarding paperwork electronically
• Frontline Recruiting and Hiring, used by hiring managers to see applicants
• Frontline V3 – Special Education, used for supporting students with IEPs and 504 plans
• Frontline School Health Management, which is used to track student health screenings and medication administration
For employees who have bookmarked the Frontline pages they frequently access, it’s important to note that these former links will no longer work after Jan. 4, 2021.
Additionally, the first five Frontline platforms listed above will now offer the ease of a single sign-on using the employee’s SAISD email username and password credentials. As Frontline solutions continue to become accessible using email credentials, employees will be updated, and the Frontline Landing Page will evolve.
Questions about the Frontline landing page and access to the solutions may be directed to the department owners of each solution, which are found on the landing page. If you have additional questions, please contact the SAISD Technology Helpdesk.
